REGOLAMENTO ISC2023 / GUIDE LINES ISC 2023
REGISTRAZIONE
La registrazione deve essere effettuata scaricando l'apposito modulo (nella sezione "Iscrizione"), opportunamente compilato e rispedito a mezzo mail all'indirizzo internationalshrimpcontest@gmail.com
Una volta ricevuta la conferma da parte del Team e formulato il totale è necessario effettuare il pagamento della somma elaborata SOLO a mezzo BONIFICO BANCARIO o Paypal.
CONDIZIONI DI PARTECIPAZIONE
Ogni allevatore può partecipare con un numero massimo di 3 set per ogni categoria
REQUISITI PER LA PARTECIPAZIONE
- Ogni set deve essere composto da un minimo di 3 e un massimo di 6 gamberetti.
- Nelle categorie riservate alle Neocaridine è OBBLIGATORIA la presenza di almeno 1 maschio pena squalifica.
- Per ogni set vengono giudicati i 3 gamberetti più belli. Nelle categorie delle Neocaridine verranno giudicate 2 femmine e 1 maschio.
- Se in un set ci sono più di 3 gamberetti i giudici valuteranno quelli che secondo loro sono i 3 più meritevoli scartando gli altri.
- La dimensione minima dei gamberetti in gara è di 1,8 cm.
- Animali che presentano malattie, infezioni, deformazioni vengono immediatamente squalificati dal concorso.
- Ad ogni squalifica corrisponderà una prova fotografica per dimostrarne la veridicità
- Iscrivendosi si dichiara che gli animali in concorso sono nati e cresciuti nelle proprie vasche. Se i giudici o l'organizzazione nutrono dei dubbi o reperiscono prove che evidenziano il contrario hanno la facoltà di squalificare i set in gara.
- Le iscrizioni aprono dall’ 1 Luglio 2023 e chiuderanno l’ 1 Ottobre 2023.
- L’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di chiudere le iscrizioni prima della data prevista qualora i 200 posti disponibili venissero tutti occupati
QUOTA DI PARTECIPAZIONE
Il costo di partecipazione è uguale per ogni set/categoria ed è fissato ad €16,00 per ogni set NON iscritto all'asta, quindi riportato a casa al termine del contest, ed €12,00 se il set viene iscritto all'asta.
RITIRO DEGLI ANIMALI E ASTA
E' possibile ritirare i propri animali solo al termine delle aste, dopo le premiazioni dei vincitori, all'incirca verso le 16:30/17:00 di Domenica 15 Ottobre, e possono essere pescati solo dai membri del team, previa registrazione sul programma interno. E' possibile delegare altre persone al ritiro dei gamberetti solo se muniti di delega e fotocopia di un documento d'identità. Gli animali che non vengono ritirati o che risultano invenduti durante l'asta diventeranno di proprietà esclusiva dell'organizzazione. Per motivi organizzativi non è possibile spedire ai nuovi/vecchi proprietari i gamberetti in concorso.
Il ricavato di ogni set venduto all'asta verrà versato a mezzo Paypal (nessun altro metodo di pagamento è concesso) in misura pari al 50% all'allevatore ed il restante 50% rimane nella cassa dell'organizzazione. Il pagamento della quota spettante verrà elaborato nell'arco di 5-7 giorni.
Il pagamento delle aste è concesso SOLO a mezzo PAYPAL utilizzando l'opzione "invia denaro ad amici e familiari" o CONTANTI.
Tutti i gamberetti possono essere ritirati dai proprietari Domenica 15 ottobre dalle 17:30 alle 18:30.
ESCLUSIONE DI RESPONSABILITA'
L'organizzazione non si assume nessuna responsabilità in caso di morte dei gamberetti durante il trasporto, smarrimento e/ o ritardo nella consegna dei pacchi, morte degli stessi per tutta la durata del concorso (inclusi i giorni precedenti alla competizione).
CONSEGNA
I pacchi devono essere consegnati, a mezzo corriere, tra Giovedì 12 Ottobre 2023 dalle 09:00 alle 17:00 e Venerdì 13 Ottobre 2023 entro le ore 12:00.
E' possibile consegnare a mano i propri set ad un membro del team entro e non oltre le ore 17:00 di Venerdi 13 Ottobre.

IMBALLO/TRASPORTO
Si prega di imballare adeguatamente i propri animali. Ogni sacchetto deve essere marchiato con il numero della categoria ed il numero di gamberetti che contiene. NESSUN NOME deve essere scritto sul sacchetto.
SPECIFICHE TECNICHE
Per il contest in programma verranno allestite 200 vasche da 10 litri ciascuna
Per gli acquari dedicati a Neocaridine verrà ricreata acqua osmotica + sali a valori di gH 8 Kh 4 conducibilità 400 us circa
Per gli acquari dedicati a Caridine verrà ricreata acqua osmotica + sali a valori di gH 6 kH 0 conducibilità 250/300 us circa
Tutte le vasche saranno illuminate da luce a led e filtrate con filtri ad aria
PREMIAZIONI
Dopo le valutazioni da parte dei giudici verrà stilata la classifica finale per ogni categoria. Sugli acquari verranno esposte le apposite etichette riportanti n° acquario, allevatore, nazionalità e categoria. Sugli acquari vincitori verranno apposte delle coccarde per evidenziarne il piazzamento. Le premiazioni si svolgeranno Domenica 15 Ottobre 2023 alle ore 12:00 circa.
FOTOGRAFIE
Le fotografie ufficiali e relativo copyright saranno di proprietà dell'organizzazione e potranno essere pubblicate su vari canali social o su riviste a scopo pubblicitario. Nessuno, a parte i membri del team, possono toccare, aprire le vasche espositive.

REGISTRATION
Registration must be made by downloading the appropriate form (in the "Registration" section), duly completed and sent back by mail to internationalshrimpcontest@gmail.com
Once confirmation has been received from the Team and the total has been formulated, it is necessary to pay the amount processed ONLY by BANK TRANSFER or Paypal.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Each breeder can participate with a maximum of 3 sets for each category
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
- Each set must consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 shrimp.
- In the categories reserved for the Neocaridines, the presence of at least 1 male is MANDATORY under penalty of disqualification.
- The 3 most beautiful shrimps are judged for each set. In the Neocaridine categories, 2 females and 1 male will be judged.
- If there are more than 3 shrimp in a set, the judges will evaluate the ones they think are the 3 most deserving, discarding the others.
- The minimum size of the shrimp in competition is 1.8 cm.
- Animals showing diseases, infections, deformations are immediately disqualified from the competition.
- Each disqualification will correspond to photographic evidence to demonstrate its veracity
- By registering, you declare that the animals in the competition were born and raised in their own tanks. If the judges or the organization have doubts or find evidence to the contrary, they have the right to disqualify the competing sets.
- Registrations open from 1st July 2023 and will close on 1st October 2023.
- The organization reserves the right to close registrations before the scheduled date if the 200 available places are all occupied
PARTICIPATION FEE
The cost of participation is the same for each set/category and is set at €16.00 for each set NOT entered for auction, then brought home at the end of the contest, and €12.00 if the set is entered for auction .
ANIMAL COLLECTION AND AUCTION
It is possible to collect your animals only at the end of the auctions, approximately around 4:30/5:00 pm on Sunday 15 October, and they can only be fished by team members, after registering on the internal program. It is possible to delegate other people to collect the shrimps only if they have a proxy and a photocopy of an identity document. Animals that are not collected or that are unsold during the auction will become the exclusive property of the organization. For organizational reasons it is not possible to send the shrimps in competition to the new/old owners.
The proceeds of each set sold at auction will be paid by Paypal (no other payment method is allowed) in an amount equal to 50% to the breeder and the remaining 50% remains in the cashier of the organization. The payment of the due fee will be processed within 5-7 days.
Payment for auctions is allowed ONLY by PAYPAL using the "send money to friends and family" option or CASH.
All shrimps can be collected by their owners on Sunday 15th October from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The organization assumes no responsibility in the event of the death of the shrimp during transport, loss and/or delay in the delivery of the packages, death of the same for the entire duration of the competition (including the days preceding the competition).
DELIVERY
Parcels must be delivered, by courier, between Thursday 12 October 2023 from 09:00 to 17:00 and Friday 13 October 2023 by 12:00.
It is possible to hand deliver your sets to a member of the team no later than 17:00 on Friday 13 October.

PACKING/SHIPPING
Please pack your pets properly. Each bag must be marked with the category number and the number of prawns it contains. NO NAME should be written on the bag.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
For the scheduled contest, 200 tanks of 10 liters each will be set up
For the aquariums dedicated to Neocaridine, osmotic water will be recreated + salts at values of gH 8 Kh 4 conductivity approximately 400 us
For the aquariums dedicated to Caridine osmotic water will be recreated + salts at values of gH 6 kH 0 conductivity approximately 250/300 us
All the tanks will be illuminated by LED lights and filtered with air filters
AWARDS
After the evaluations by the judges, the final classification will be drawn up for each category. The appropriate labels bearing the aquarium number, breeder, nationality and category will be displayed on the aquariums. Rosettes will be affixed to the winning aquariums to highlight their placement. The awards will take place on Sunday 15 October 2023 at around 12:00.
PHOTOS
The official photographs and related copyright will be owned by the organization and may be published on various social channels or in magazines for advertising purposes. No one, apart from team members, can touch or open the display tanks.
